The Reliant Coolstream TAL-B enables large volume laminating capacity with the flexibility to bond thin and thick materials, using its height adjustable lamination tunnel.

Products up to 75mm thick can be coated-laminated-calibrated, making it highly adaptable and suitable for processing a wide range of materials including foams, composites, non-wovens, breathable membranes, textiles, leather, etc….

Powerline Powderscattering

Reliant’s Powerline powder scattering coater system offers a highly accurate and controllable process for the application of powdered adhesives and other materials. The equipment can handle the full range of powder micron sizes and options are available for different specifications of process or powder / fiber distribution. The range provides a clean and easy to use process which can offer considerable production cost benefits. Units can be supplied for stand-alone powder scattering or integrated as part of a laminating line. Additional (infra-red) heating can be placed for easy (pre) coating, increase of process speed or lamination of delicate or thick materials. Multiple powder scattering heads can be used in line and can be mounted on rails to give flexibility to production layouts
